Summer Camp Registration Form

Open to children ages 2 to rising Kindergarteners!

Camp Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday

• Carpool begins at 9:15 AM | Dismissal at 12:45 PM

What to Bring:

• Nut-free lunch

• Water bottle

• Eager imagination!

Camp Fee Per Session: $130

• A non-refundable $50 deposit per session is required to hold your spot (or payment in full).

• The remaining $80 is due by the first day of camp.

Special Discounts!

• Receive a $10 discount if you:

✔️ Register and pay in full before March 31 OR

✔️ Register for 4 or more camps

(One discount per family, applied to the balance due, not the deposit.)
